Hello and Welcome to Skinny's Grille. Your proprietors are Marlene and Adriaan Abeling & family.

This restaurant has been owned and operated by our family since 1973. Recently the restaurant has been renamed and newly renovated to incorporate an eclectic look of instruments and many unique artifacts gifted by entertainers and friends of ours.

It is our intention to create an atmosphere of pure relaxation for the Hope area and for the many travelers that come our way throughout the year. We strive to provide the best food for your eating pleasure. We want to entice you with an array of terrific entertainers both local and featured that will keep customers coming back.

We have been very fortunate to have "Special Entertainers" on a regular basis and our list of artists keeps growing. Artists have come from near & far to share their special talents with us.

If you are a "Blues Entertainer" who will be traveling through our area, we would welcome a contact "chat" before you come. We have entertainment every Saturday night and often introduce players to join with the "Blues Crew" as a backup. Come for the food, Stay for the music, Enjoy the fun !!
