Hello and Welcome to Skinny's Grille. Your proprietors are Marlene and Adriaan Abeling & family.

This restaurant, formerly known as the Silver Creek Pancake House, has been owned and operated by our family since 1973. Ten years ago the restaurant was renamed and renovated to join food and music into what is now known as Skinny's Grille. The restaurant has been decorated with musical instruments as well as with artifacts that have been gifted to us by the many entertainers and friends who have visited.

Our intention was to create an atmosphere of relaxation for the people of Hope and for the many travellers that come our way throughout the year. We strive to provide the best food, service and variety of music for your eating, and listening pleasure.

This website is provided as an added service to make our "SCHEDULE OF ENTERTAINMENT" available to you on a daily basis.

Please view our "FEATURED ARTISTS" section where you will meet our "regulars". Our art and food menu can be seen on our MENU PAGE. We have been very fortunate to have "Special Entertainers" on a regular basis and the list of artists continues to grow.

If you are a "Entertainer" who will be travelling through our area, we would welcome a "chat". We have entertainment every Saturday night and often introduce players to join with the "Blues Crew" as a backup. Come for the food, Stay for the music, Enjoy the fun !!
